Yahoo allowed me to purchase a premium webhosting package that I couldn’t fully use in my country (UK). The store and checkout is designed for USA purchasing only, something you dont find out until you can access your control panel after buying. I spent over £200.00 trying to make it work. Now I have cancelled my plan, with my payments up to date to the day, they have taken another 2 months payments out of my account, leaving me as a business completely broken. I can prove this on every statement and bank account, but how do you get hold of the right people at customer care to get this matter sorted out? I’m not prepared to make a phonecall from the UK which will probably cost me another £50.00.

Contact your bank. Aol did something similar to my sister and the bank straightened everything out for her. Good luck!!!
